Vladimir Vasiljev is the first in Serbia to obtain a PhD degree on public-private partnership at the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Belgrade. He is the author of two books and a number of scientific papers on the subject of PPP. He has held over 15 seminars on the subject of PPP, including the one to the Association of Prosecutors of Serbia and the State Attorney’s Office, during the last two years. He has worked intensively on PPP projects and concessions as a consultant, since the adoption of the PPP Law and Concessions in 2012. He has adirect engagement on projects 50+ million euros.
